proplem with f490 need help

i have f490 phone to unlock
i unlock alot before without proplem

but now i have one which can't take modem driver

i can't find modem connection in device manager

i try with 4 cables
and also when i connect phone to pc usb dirictory
and u use ns pro but can't take sdma modem driver in divice manager

what is proplem here cables only charge the phone

2. I put phone without sim in test mode *#0002*28346#, back, back, back, 9, 6, 1 = samsung usb mode

use "Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker" not online one


connect combo cable to phone
set port1 for Samsung CDMA Modem and Port2 for COM port
power off the phone, then power it on
when phone start power on, it will be directly detected by ur PC, and before it show "phone freeze" click "START" button
phone unlocked

just do like i said put originale opertaeur sim , go to seting change modem to pc-studio it will work , phone freeze dont accepte universal sim it accept original sim tested

i dont have orginalcard my problem is usercode and i cannot put the *# buttons

i think you have hardware problem.:mad: the phone is brandnew if these phones have securitycode inside it doesnt accepted as modem it is like nokia new phones if you have securitycode inside you cannot unlock it via usb or you cannot flash it over usb.

I had same problem, even if I activate usb config it doesnt detected by the my computer.
So I try with another box (can name here, but easy to find with search button), flash in download mode then unlock.
I think some models are different.

connect combo cable to phone

did you try : *2767*3855# FOR RESET ET DETECT CDMA Modem ?

proplem can solved by flash ur phone
it will restore factory default
i mean after that it can found as modem
then go and unlock ur set
