Hello,
2 days back i unlocked a C139 using etbox 1.67. After unlocking (as usuall) i formatted ffs. Below is the LOG.

I know that even without ffs format, it should unlock the phone, but this has become my habbit (sort of).
Usually after formatting FFS, i need to takeout my phone battery and put them back. But this time, the phone is dead. ET does not recognise it anymore. I checked the battery in another phone (C118) and its woirking fine. I full charged it from the phone since i thought it maybe the problem with low battery.
I even cleaned the headphone hole with Propanol (which i usually do) but the phone is still dead.
I have tried updating my drive but my system woth take it, my system restart. I dont know if updating the driver will work (detect my c139 dead phone)
I have noticed that help is very slow, if the support team can have a chat feature so that we can ask for support in real time and forum thread are not answered even after a day. Most of the etbox customers are not end users, they are from mobile repairing/servicing industry and thay sometimes have customers waiting for their phone. And if problems are not answered even after a day then though a good box, we will have to look for another box (even if its a little below etbox).
