good information only infinity can do this others like fg u have to flash the fone but infinity u just simple unlock it and all ok i have done it

I try to unlock this type of alcatel but it does not connect to box i can you please show picture of pinouts for e101 but also pinout how thay connect to infinity box and which rj45 and f-bus or m-bus.

i found the problem:
RX and TX tp should be swap and everything is OK.

Yes, in many cases if you have permanent problem with connection you need to try to swap RX <-> TX wires.
