I need the License files

I formated my computer and I reinstall all programs.
Now I need licese form eaasy box.

I triend with easy remote client 1.21 and get this reponse
Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Server refused your connection!

Disconnected from server
Please help me easy support

No firewall or AV sw running....

Can update dongle and reach support area but getting same message when acquiring licenses:-

Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Server refused your connection!

Did connect once and listed licenses but not found in C:\Program Files\EasyUnlockerBox.....


Can you check.... since a few ppl are having this problem on the same day and maybe there is an issue.....
