this is log if i used dongle manager:

Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs: Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. Don't try more !
but if i try to use pinfinder program log is....
dongle[******xx] is not activated for current software module.
current dongle activation level: 0000
required dongle activation level: 0011
download latest............................
.................................................
plese help me sir.....

We are very sad to say, but your dongle blocked now for 2 weeks due to it was repeated many times: please, never show your dongle details in public forum, you have an e-mail address (you can see it f.e. in DongleManager) for private discussion.

yes i have an email address but i never send email to other cause i didn't know how to do sir.... all i know its recieve email from other, so i write in this forum. sorry for my stupid sir..... because i'm very very need my new pinfinder to be conected in my infinity sir.... help me please.....

i've already download and read that manual sir..... can i activated now or i must wait for 2 weeks? i'm afraid to make mistakes again sir.... as you know.....i have make my infinity smokes and with your help i can make it better now and NOW.... i have a mistakes to make my lovely infy blocked..... i'm afraid i make a mistekes again sir...... thanks for you advice sir.... you're my teacher now.... cause my dealer didnt teach me anything.

why should i contact my reseller? i think my pinfinder is working S/N dongle is readable or working, my infinity is still working too... sir..

Probably dongle data damaged, contact to support !

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.
what is the meaning off my log sir... cause i can't enter to support area, actvated my pinfinder.... help me please... sorry i didn't mail you cause i didn't understand how to send email sir...
