Help K320i error in TP1

help k320i is always show error in stage 1.

1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color (BOOT) = 4 : RED
EROM CID (BOOT) = 50
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 356706-01-694518-2
OTP CID = 50
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
Processing ... |
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Error : Failed.

i think my tes point is right. because i use microscop.
