SX1 won't continue power-up

Mates have here Siemens SX1 when powered-up just displays logo then shuts down. Tried to identify it using tp method but no response. And found out cpu chip has reflowed already. Would also try to identify via cut track but image of board in cut track method is different from my units board. Any possible solution for this. not very familiar with siemens mobile.

I have manage to read phone info via stored boot key boot mode:

Error : Bootkey was not found or invalid.

how to resolve this?

format your sx1 like that , phone need to be powered off hold *+#+powered on your phone will be formated in 2-3 min and work again ;)
