N95 slide, MT6226BA, Spansion 71PL256N, Help with flash file please ?

Need firmware for N95 slide, with MT6226BA and Spansion 71PL256N 32mb. Pinout Rx Tx and GND are on main board.
already read the flash file, but I still can't flash it back.
I use spiderman.

First problem hang on nokia, but now phone dead only flash camera light on when power button pressed.

I have another set which I tried to reball MTK cpu, but until now I still can't find BGA plate that match for reball. anyone here know what bga plate compatible to ?

NOTE: next time if need flash file, first u must post original flash file version here, than it will help me to find file for u.
