Hi oll!!!Today i tried unlock Bf 4 new version M-service 10R-02!!!i reed full flashes with omega soft unlock with Henrich SGU but not result phone lucked!!!!!Which soft i can unlock this model?????

i have a doubt Vygis software unlocks this :) From what i know since XaK kicked him out of the bussiness he stop releasing upgrades.
Well if i never saw SIMLOCK KEY on 511-512 phones, so i think is the good old NETWORK KEY. But you have to know the trick...
So... my concurence...you bought the Heinrich software to spy it, but you have to know that only the skip check code and the skip checksum routines aren't enought. You have also to skip the FDI remapped zone checking for the SIM_ME_LOCK_ETSI.
I respect you all, but stop spying other's work and think by yourselves. :)

these are good news, because Vygis has a good software and he's a honest man.
I updated my software to unlock new versions from 3 weeks ago. So my clients were the first wich unlocked 104,253,10Q,10R,10E :)
My upgrades are also free and i improve my software and release updates once a week.
Still if would buy a software except mine, Vygis would be.

I made the changes in the full flash. Now i have a problem to write the flash back to the phone. I tried it with Henrich Tool 1.3c light, but i can't finished it with this tool, it always stopped writing. Do you know a free tool for SAVE write back?

If you make backup from your phone,you never kill him

flashing stops if u have bad connections on ypur cable, if the battery is not full charged, if the flasher is not 100% working....
so: try check the cable, charge the battery, change flasher with another one, and u will se is working

try bekos brothers flasher - lite version. (but u must have full charged battery)
u have to know that omega does not support bf 4 phones (only bf 3 with 2 mb flash)
sometimes u must make 4 or 5 tries to get the phone back on the line, so do not dispair:D u will get id done:D
hello,
there was something wrong with my phone, a little "bridge" between two pin-contacts,
so it was not possible to write the flash back to the phone. I repaired this and now the phone works fine and unlocked!
