SGH2400 microphone

I have a samsung 2400 with a working mic ,But no voice sent.

Near Eeprom there is a small chip 4x4 probably this is bad or unsoldered, please ceck this component.;)

i have smiliar samsungs yet this comes with the same chip desoldered with a piece of adesive foam to keep it in contact with the board :(
