Reading Info---------------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone W200 using Normal boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color (BOOT) = 4 : RED
EROM CID (BOOT) = 52
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 357************
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52
Error : Invalid GDFS and/or configuration.
Hint : Try to flash firmware.
Error : Failed

GDFS REPAIR ALREADY DONE SUCCEFULLY BY TEST POINT


Unlock and Repair----------------------------------------------------------

1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color (BOOT) = 4 : RED
EROM CID (BOOT) = 52
Baseband Chip ID = 8040
Phone ID = 2380EB731550DD23
Reading GDFS...

1. Download fullflash file for W200
2. Choose model W200 in DBSS
3. Select Access Mode - Test Point
4. Go to Security tab & Execute " Security Bypass" Operation
5. Select Access Mode - Security Bypass
6. Go to Misc tab & Write Full Flash (look in p.#1)
7. After flashing go to Security tab & make "Unlock & Repair GDFS Sec. Blc."
8. Go to Flash tab & flash: Main+FS+Custpac.

If that not help to You so it is HW problem - LCD, FlexCable, Flash IC, water damage etc. ...
Anyway, you can send log files from DBSS to us, and we will try to find where problem is.
