format and user lock read problem

i am try to tx rx detectd oky read flash oky but format phone
press and hold power button phone on and of no test mode and code read

Try To Complite Mode ,and Hold Power Bottom Still Software Says Relisepower Bottom.

There is a drop down menu besides format button, you must see there safe mode, please change it to complete mode and then again do your format. I think thus ur problem will be solved.
