chinease M7800 after receiving message its showing white display after format Complete it is reciving call & dialing call but only display white its software is GHOST_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_s01.Envision_EV7800_2_2_5. bin please help what to do thanks in advance

Are you sure that it\'s software problem ?
It may be that it\'s LCD module problem.

i think it is software problem but because incoming & outgoing call are making that why my concept say hardware what to do next i dont konw

I suggest you to check twice what was really happened with phone. Ask your customer to explain situation in details.
