hi support!
I got one here auto-off Bluetooth i-TV, so I did format it w/ complete method 'coz this was the only method works for me on this fone..
but now it's dead, so I flash it with back-up flashes, but the fone is still dead...
here's the back-up file (9MB)

what file on support site U can recommend me to download?

Hello,
If phone can not power-on after you have flashed it with full flash backup you need to double check battery voltage first to be sure that batery is not empty.

Hello,

of course the battery is ok, this is what I'm using while flashing..

Did you checked actual battery voltage ?
If voltage is low phone can be flashed but can not power-on.

yes! the batt. is fully charged, I'm flashing now with files from support, post the results later..
