samsung u700 upper touch keys not working, though their light is on. some times they behave crazy. Any idea about that??

open the phone and try to clean the touch keypad,if not work again try to change flex cable

Do u have its servie manual. How to open this mobile bcoz its slide one and needs some guidance to open

No need its so easy, only screw in below in samsung sticker, all other is like E250................

just replace the flex..

bro i bought new flex, the one that ataches the mainborad to lcd part and goes in betwen slider, but same problem of touchpad..any other solution
