Hello,

Can anyone please help with this small problem, I have the Z400 but the sound does not work correctly, it only works when you have a headset connected. The problem is when you remove the headset the icon is still visible on the screen as if it is still connected, is there anyway to factory reset this phone to see if it will go back to normal or is it a software/hardware fault.

i have a samsung v400 lock to T..... mobile.... i try to unlock with NSPRO with D800 cable and it show phone not found....... pls hlp me......
