Hello to forum.
Today i received this. My hardware is a Roemmi 1.0 upgrade to 2.0 whit paderf software, include unlock to xx13xx, but....
itīs posible, unlock v. xx14xx???.

v50 version FO_14_04 have new PCB and new processor, just open phone and you see :D
For flexing and flashing you can use EMMI ++ work fine without downgrade :D

Ive seen this site before. Sollution not working on this new v50 becouse the test point is gone, and If you try to downgrade you get tamper alert.
Any suggestions

It's not true that all vF0_14_04 don't have test point anymore.
I have seen some of them and test point still was there! So, maybe Motorola have changed pcb's layout in the newest phones, but you will never know what exactly do you hold in your hands, untill you disassemble it :) So Motorola's staff are watching us! :D But anything is impossible, you can ask someone for a special code from IMEI, not for free, of course:D

Hi!
I have a v50 f0.14.04 that was tried to unlock with the old clip,
and now it's with Tampered Alert.
I have a Emmi++ and his board still has the test point.
What should I do to repair it?
What full flash should I use?
Can somebody send me that full flash...

Lets face the truth
Since noone tried to do this new Motorola, I did :)
The test point is not gone, it's just on the right side of the flash. Not on the left as it was before.
Solution to downgrade does not work. After touching the test point, MotoFlex just says "Phone powered on" and that's it. Nothing happens...
So, we probably need new boxes or a pretty good solution...

OK, this is that i was thinking too.
-I tried to downgrade using that test point in the right side of flash, i think that is the same that the older, but in the other side, but it canīt be downgraded with Motokey.

Btw, the F0.14.04 V50's have 4MB large flash instead of 2MB. They can be unlocked, but the process is a little bit different. Everybody clever enough may find out the solution, or better said - the testpoint position. By downgrading the phone to F0.13.09 or F0.13.11 you will get "Phone Failed, See Supplier", and, since the phone is still locked, you cannot flex the phone by #01:01/04 [CR] 01 03 00 09. Of course you may downgrade it to F0.10.81, but the phone will not work well because the original calibration data are incompatible with F0.10.81. Fullflashing is a way, but it is a very dirty way... Do not ask me for testpoint position. I will not give it to anyone. People who are not able to find it themselves do not deserve it.

Hi, im trying to downgrade F0-14-04 V50.
I get in testmode but when 10 sec flashing i get this error.

Hi,

I downgraded a V50 F0.14.04 with a full flash
F0_10_81_Repair.hex with 10.241 Kb) using the old test point,
after this I flex with the repairV50.fdf and at the end It gives a
Error about the checksum! Now the phone doesn't power On!
What should I do?
I used a Emmi Box (with MotoFlex 8.5)!

You may donwgrade F0.14.04 V50's it to F0.10.81 and phone work ok. No need fullflashing (10 Mb) only CP+LP. Only you must flex phone after downgrade whit right fdf string (look Lead post!!!).
In this way I unlock many V50 ver. xx.14.xx
Like Lead say:
Do not ask me for testpoint position.
I will not give it to anyone.
People who are not able to find it themselves do not deserve it.

If I can understand correctly, y must to use flash point to program the fdf file (repairV50.fdf) and after #01:01/04 [CR] 01 03 00 09.
Can I do that with an Emidroid and pemaster?

tested on many v50 13.13 :)
server works from 8am, till 6pm
for all: the newest soft for V50 is F0.14.08 and for V3670/3690 - DB.13.04 (hardlock too :))

motorola v50 xx14xx version has 2 types of flash chip
one is able to downgrade and repair tamper alert through
testpoint near botton connector but the other one (glass type flash chip) inside is not possible yet ..
i think the test point is same for both but box or software not supported

I can erase the flash, program it as I wish, but the phone simply does not turn on afterwards, no matter what firmware I upload (up to F0.13.11, of course).

These phones come here in pre-paid packages... big prepaid quantities, for cheap price, expected in 3-4 weeks, just before Christmass...

Yesterday i received one locked V50 F0.14.04 with old hardware.Using testpoint i flashed it with F0.13.09 and Pemaster and 4Mb full flash (00898897 flash type inside of course).After that i wrote imei and nothing else to do - phone works O.K.
No problem unlocked xx.14.04 via test point...but problem is xx.14.08. I unlock this version via Imei.

NO!! Some of the new PCB versions of V50 do not have test point any more and for the PCB versions with test point it is also not possible to do downgrade using test point.
I am talking here especially of versions F0-14-08 of motorola!!

exist also ATMEL FLASH ,pematser not suport it,
i dowgarde new pcb of v50 ,sucesfuly with CP+LP F01081 ,
standrt v50 repair fdf ,and all work ok .

If we could flash motorola v50 version xx.14.08 whit lower version the telephone wouldn't work beacouse contain ATMEL flash.
Flash f0.10.81 don't support ATMEL.
The thing is not so easy like it looks.

if i write bin file 79.50.10 from 3E box to28F840 in 2D box.
(no Upgrade in Motoflex - used LabTool)

xx-14-07, xx-14-08 , can be done via logs with " baracuda " clip , also xx14-04... can be done direct unlock via the same ... "baracuda" clip..

Well I am using the 2e box and it can be upgrade to 79.xx.xx version firmware as normal motoflex upgrade procedures, are there something wrong? ;)

Realy may be in pemaster or TAU (i have and TAU for example) upgrade will be more easy, but I LIKE emmi for flasher!!! - fast and safe, also perfect for repair!

OK. I know many versions of 2D: 70 49 08, 65 00 00, 62 xx xx etc.
Anyway You can upgrade 2D to 62 50 10 by using Ericsson 1018, Varanius 0.10 or other flashing soft, Hot air gun and ofcourse bin file for emmi 62 50 10. What's problem?

Desolder flash and eeprom from EMMI, read eeprom and save it. Take 1018 and flash it with Varanius 0.10. Desolder programmed flash from 1018 and solder to emmi. Solder eeprom. Don't programm original flash.

Downgrading 14.04 with intel chip is working with pemaster from the begining. the problems are when Atmel chip is inside.
