D500 No earpiece urgent!!!!!

Hello,

I have a Samsung D500 that don't have sound in the call on the earpiece. I don't earanybody during the calls.

The speaker is OK, and i already change the flex.

I need a solution with picture pleaseee...

I already search but don't have a good solution.
