A Little Help Needed

Help Please.

When i had my N73 i could have my bluetooth earpiece in and to call someone i just pressed the button on the earpiece , "Speak Now" appeared on the screen i said the name and the phone dialled the person.

How do i set up my N95 to do the same ?
