REPAIR SOLUTION for Dead Panasonic GD35-75-92-93-95 :
solution for phone with BGA or no BGA chip
you need :
- 1 dead phone and 1 worked phone
- hot air station and soldering station
- PC with cable
- software use WinMoDo wirh language pack
Steps :
- connect good phone with cable to PC
- starting upload language
- when you see 20-30 % writing - disconnect cable from phone
- in display you see Writing and phone frezee
- phone in FLASHING MODE
- reboot PC
- desolder from bad phone flash chip
- desolder from good phone flash chip
- YOU NEED DESOLDERING FLASH CHIP FROM WORKED,
POWERED AND FREEZED in flash mode PHONE !!!!!!!!
CAREFULY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
- SOLDERING BAD CHIP in good phone (phone still avaible in flash mode)
- connect phone with cable to computer
- run program (for GD35 you need start Skeptik and full flashing), for another phone use Winmodo with option writing BOOT, MAIN and LP flash

my expirements - 6 bad flash chip - only way re-programming on LabTool-148C or LabTool-48 but i repaired over 50 phones.
Good solution, but I can't understand one thing. In Panasonic phones there are SRAM and FLASH in the same chip...
when you killed phone - software - you have bad boot and phone no connecting with PC.
when you soldering good flash chip - phone no power up, but have good boot and connecting with PC.
SRAM don't use when phone flashing.

Hi,Sher.He says,that desoldering of good and soldering of bad flash chip on the freezed in flash mode phone CAN DAMAGE your worked phone,if you are not very carefull.Phone is powered on during this operations (freezed in flash mode).

SRAM don't use when phone flashing.
Of course, phone can work without RAM, ROM, and maybe without any other spare parts. I think CPU also not so important for phone flashing.
I think we can start new topic about non-usefull phone spare parts.
This is working soluyion for 92 exactly!
I have never tried it for other phones...
I always thank, that RAM in 93 is in the flash chip, that's why after desoldering I will have 2 bad phones.
Or while flashing phone uses RAM inside CPU?

for about Panasonic GD93 - i tested.
but many people have problem with this solution :
- you need have powered phone
- soldering (very good) wire from battery to phone all 3 pin
- you need quickly soldering / desoldering chip, becose i have 93 and 95 panasonic - phone powered off when i soldering bad chip in freezed phone
why ? i don't know - may be program have timeout - powered off after 2-3 minute, but i have many phone and time desoldering 5-10-15 minute - and NO PROBLEM.
in monday i test this solution with Panasonic 75 and 95.
95 have no BGA chip - Mitsubishi M6321S4TP

Well, I understood the idea behind the solution. I have one question. You should remove battery from the phone for taking out PCB & desoldering flash chip. How are you going to achive this without losing "Flash Mode"?

Max, 1 time Panas was in "flash" mode all the night.
I'm not using the soldering iron, hot air station with a small nozzle is better.
How do you carefully desolder the flash with soldering iron?

to desolder the chip you have to remove battery ..and when you remove battery u loose the flash mode
hows it possible to retain flash mode after removing the battey

I think it is a good solution: a little wire from one contact to another... from battery to pcb.

Guys charging 3$ for unlock and "repair" sw problems in phones stealing professionals customers and killing market FORGET ABOUT THIS or you'll have to sell the notebook you use to go over the shops and **** the prices to BUY NEW PHONES to your ready stolen customers.

I test it myself.
Problem is in soldering of working!!! phone .
Two plates must be conected!!!
No need to restart comp. It is enouph to stop flashig with Winmodo and start it again with boot option.
Tested on 2 GD92 by myself.
use GANG mode - no need stop flashing.

I'm not kill new Panasonic phones yet. I've flashed it many times and don't have any problem. My opinion - this solution can kill working phone forever. (Remove flash from poweded phone......) May be You good unlocker and repairer, but not so strong in semiconductor electronic. May be it's work, but You have a biiiiiiiig risk to F U C K phone (temperatures 250 - 350 dangerous for powered phone).

One small working solution :)
Find some old Nokia 5110 (for standard flash chip) or
some old Nokia 3310 (3330,6210 for BGA chips) with bad RX or TX part and make :) universal "Flash programing device":) ..........
You can flash these flash chips (INTEL, ATMEL) with small dejan flasher without any problem....and..... without

Why You think, that programmer can't to flash chip like phone flash it? May be have reason to write boot only? ;)
P.S. But can be flashed.

i have sucesfull used flash chip from another GD52 to dead one, reflashed phone and works :) without any problem.

I don't want to say, that Your solution is fake, I want to say other members, that with that solution they can get 2 dead phones. Don't forget, that not all members are professionals, like You ;)
About other solution: try to flash boot only with LabTool

Look at forum: how many solution you`l see to repair dead Panasonic with destroied boot?
Parallel flashing dont work.
You can buy Lab Tool for 1-10 dead phones + adapter?

1.Ofcourse, parallel flashing physically can't work. It's brain absend.
2. Trust me, LabTool is very very usefull thing. You'll find work for it always.
3.I try to say You, that if You don't want buy somethig good one time - You'll have more, than 1-10 dead phones in future and You'll wait another solution like that.
PS: Do You try to replace PA, BGA or another components form working, powered phone? Try - it works.
yes LabTool is very good, but i don't hear any people who repair Panasonic with LabTool.

I have read all the posts and i think you all are profesionals, with some year of experience.
I know you use profesional tools, but i heard about to build a double cable for plug two phones at the sametime (one working and the other one not working) and flah it with winmodo.
What do you think about this...? Should it work?:confused:

GD90 - don't TOTAL dead. if no power up - you need program for enter to FLASH mode (green lamp lighting) and flasher (i use DOS flasher).
for tested
i don't repair Panasonic GD95 witn bad boot.
when i desolder - solder flash - phone power off.
why ?
may be phone have time out - power off without sim after 1-2-3 minute ???

u can see flash loader disconnect cable
and desolder flash and put bad flash chip and upload full flash
u need wires to stable phone on flash mode
killed phone only need to bood up you phone
u can write boot loader from laptools also

when you use labtool for repair GD35 - don't remember one moment - DON't erase all flash - eeprom area have data with ID and if you erase this or write from another phone - phone don't power up after

sir i just read this post yesterday,this solution tested in three phone with such problem and replyed to help members who till now searching the solution.
simply do an unlock in (SKEPP-PANA)software thE whole eeprom will be reset to default and no restarting problem while incoming call doing this for the last 2 years --done many of them with 1000% sucess(its never tool ate for a good thing)
