can u tell me what exactly is the problem of touch screen? not able to align or not working at all?

In sigmatel s 3 only this screen come [calibration wizard you have to calibrate the touch screen click anywhere on the screen with your stylus to start calibration

You have probably problem in touchscreen driver ic. It is a square black ic 20 pins (I am at home and can't tell you exact number). Try to reheat this IC.
If it does not help you, I will tell you about it tomorrow with detail.

also we can calibrate touch bypaas by read a working handset then write into calibration asking phone as same model by ET
i have tested many times like s3, s2 etc.
