HELP ME!
I have spent hours reading through these forums for an answer to my problem but could find nothing.
I recently purchased a previously owned Samsung A737. It came in the box with the manual, charger, and two batteries. When I got it I installed my sim card and it powered on but immediately I got a low battery warning. I changed to battery #2 and powered on but got nothing. I assumed this battery was dead too and plugged it into the charger for the night. The next morning I powered on and still nothing. I changed back to battery #1 and left it charging. Incidentally, there was never any indication from the phone that it was charging unlike other phones I have had. After several hours of charging I powered on the phone and I briefly got an ATT logo and the phone shut off. I powered it on again and the same thing. I got a new battery and charger changed out the battery and powered it on and all was well. I left the on and plugged it into the new charger (in a different outlet) for the night. It chimmed every so often which I assumed was the indicating it was charging. The next morning it was off, I powered it on and I got the same logo and shut down as I had with battery#1.
Can any one tell me what is going on?
I need to know asap if it is the phone so I can take it up with the seller.
I am waiting anxiously for a reply!
Thank you so much for you expertise.

Thank you for replying.
I purchased a new battery and the merchant sent me more than one. I put one battery in and nothing. I put the other in and it powered right up and has been working great ever since, that was yesterday afternoon. I have not plugged it into the charger.
I ran across a post somewhere the other day that mentioned something about leaving the charger plugged in and the battery draining...is this a possibility?
I really appreciate your help and time.
Thank You.
