The best thing will most probably be, to flash your phone. I have a 909s and mine seemed to be broken some time ago. The light turned on, but nothing more. After a eeprom dump, everything was fine again.

may be your eeprom chip is damaged.
you need to use bosch eeprom v1.0 to rewrite your phone.
