Gd520 eep error

Hello,
I have here one problem in GD520,, display message
''IMEI ERR'' ,someone allreay ****ed it ,and now i need some
good dump (93C86) , or some sw to repair damage !
I tried allready andromeda sw and GD520SRV , but allways
''EEPROM RW ERROR'' !

Help possible ???
