Please first check your phone have NETWORK LOCK?
if you sure your phone have Network lock, Please post here Software Screen shot, and all necessary info about that,
firmware version J600BIGF1 uses new security type, and new EPP format
thats why it's failing on Get / SetMSPersonal ;)

Dude what you mean print screen in the print screen you will see the same nothing less nothing more the version is there and the error 2 :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused::confused: i thank you for your healp but you will se nothing new on the print screen i use com1 and usb to and nothing new same error on both.

I have before the same problem......
I take another cable not from eu box and works fine....
I think the cables who send with eu box are dameged...C210 and V804 not work....
The box is ok, but only the cables who shipped with the box not work good....
I hope the other cables are ok...

if you have any damage cable please contact with your reseller and ask about replacement cables
