Dead T20 pls help

Hi,
I have a t20 ,I can flsh it ,write eep, unlock ,...
But its not turning on.
I attach power supply instead of battery and pressed ON.
Phone get consumes 20ma(normal) but just while my finger is pressing ON button.
It decrease to 0 ma when ON button released.
Help me pls

Have you change X-tal 13Mhz?

I have the same problem with t28. Phone is flashable, unlockable etc. but it can't power it on. What is the problem?
I'm 10000000000% shure that it is not a 13Mhz xtal !!!

May be someone can help??????!!!!!!!!!!
