What exactly is wrong with ur v3?
Open the top half of the phone and make sure the keys are not shorting out or if there is liquid near the key connectors. I've had this problem before where all the keys dont work and the problem is liquid damage on the volume keys.

Sorry i meant V6, not v3..........:rolleyes:
