MSI usb dongle 2.0 PLEASE HELP!

I have this product ( MSI usb dongle 2.0 ) S/N:BToes 2.0B0608001542, ver: 476-ci BD Address: 0013D37D2185, ETC094LPD0150 I4l-MS6970A N1996. I have buy it in original package including all original details, hologram, Bluetooth USB Dongle BToes, Driver&Utility CD with user manual, one quick Users guide, One neck strap. I hade no problems for about 1 year and few months ago every time I am using it i get message: A pirate copy is in use! BlueSoleil will run in evaluation mode! So I can not use product I payed like it is pirate????PLEASE help me to solve this problem or how to get correct software for it....
