Huawei E220 unlockable!!!

I need help: i tried to unlock my E220 but was impossible. Kulankendi, when i read my E220 the software said this:
Looking for phone...
Phone detected.
Phone Model: Huawei E220
Firmware serie: E220
Phone IMEI: ######-##-######-#
Serial number: #############
Firmware Version: 11.110.01.03.00
Simlock status: This model require working SIM card to be inserted and PIN entered.
All Done! - Time:0.00.03

And when i try to unlock the software says this:

Simlock status: This model require working SIM card to be inserted and PIN entered.
Error: Unknown Simlock state - operation aborted for safety reson.

If is possible i would like to unlock it otherwise to get full refund, thanks.

Did U read instructions? I'm sure not, so I repeat it from KK software(look at WARNING part):

Usage:
1. Remove SimCard and plug PCMCIA Modem (KK name it phone).
2. Install drivers (from our support).
2a. For Huawei E220 card with non supported firmware then read "WARNING".
3. Click "READ INFO" to check simlock status.
3a. If client will read strange or non complete data click "READ INFO" again...
4. Click "EXECUTE",wait when finish and enjoy.
WARNING: Huawei E220 cards must be flashed at least with firmware from support(11.116.05.00.00.B268) or newer!.
!!! Remove SimCard while simlock operation! Otherwise simlock status will be incorrect !!!

Well, i read all instructions also if you think NO, but first i made exactly what you said, second it was impossible to update firmware in any way (infatc you can read my firmware!). So the question is: if i cannot upgrade firmware and YOUR SOFTWARE needs newest one, i cannot unlock my e220, so could you please refund my money back, PLEASE?
Knowing you by fame, i am sure you will do that without problems, isn't it?

Man are U drunked,stoned or U just inpatient? U wrote post at late night and except responses.
