After resetting phone with Neelix2 in my 7650īs display appear Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer.
What must I do?

Contact the retailler is same as contact service. U can try to reflashing the phone again.

on the neelix forum I just saw, that they found the problem...
they wil fix it in new version....

Because i found same problem(use another flasher) if it can
