HELP !!! EUbox..Can't use.. (New user)

Dear All Team members

I am a new user of ESU BOX.last 10 days i was trying to use this box..but i cant even find the software to use this box.my supplier cant help me..coz when ever i am trying to register with http://www.easy-unlocker.net/, always getting and error "Sorry, Invalid Serial Number "
so i tried to search in google to get "Samsung_3G_Easy_Unlocker_Online_Code_Reader.rar",when i run thet exe file it gives me and error.."YOU NEED A LICENSE FILE TO ACTIVATE YOUR DONGLE FOR THIS PRODUCT"..please help me to run this wonderful piece of unlocker

After long time i was able to obtain a licence..i really
Appreciate .now one more little help..in com selection..
when i tried f490..it says cant open com 1..
infact i select samsung modem in com 1 and com 2 esu box,
Esu box deteced in com 16..is that make any differances?

first uninstall drivers then install drivers properllyand also check cable
