T639 Power off when I connect

Hi I have this problem, when I connect phone powered on to cable, phone power off, so I cant connect to soft, tried with different cables and same problem.... Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance....

Check phone connector maybe it make short circuit when you plug in cable.
