COM port error.

please help me to make it work.always an error comming -
"ERROR - Can't open port1 ! "
guide me how to do the port installation..
cable using E210,and USb conneted to pc us port.
see the screen shots..

You are using a VERY OLD version, please download last update from support, the install drivers so Port1 driver should be 'Samsung CDMA modem' and try again.
