Just put a sim when it shows phone freezed just type code nothing will show on screen whent type code press ok

You can't unfreeze F490 like that beacause you can't put code. Use G direct unlocker 1.60, put unaccepted simcard inside the phone and press "unlock".
Same things with Samsung F480.

select usb setting in mobile phone as Pc stuido(without sim crad inside)
connect combo cable to phone
set port1 for Samsung CDMA Modem and Port2 for COM port
power off the phone, then power it on
when phone start power on, it will be directly detected by ur PC, and before it show "phone freeze" click "START" button
phone unlocked
UNLOCKED FREEZED F490 SUCESSFULY BY FOLLOWING THE SAME PROCEDURE
