i think this time we can relise new setup cozz more than new updates
comes and 2.12a setup relised 4 months back (2008-Apr-26 )

I think this time now reslise new Main setup 2.13a

NO,
U guys are not very correct.
U dont need a new setup just bcos its 6 months, u need a new setup when there is a new structural change.

U have to realise some users are in countries and regions where internet download speed is so slow that it will take them 1 week to download the setup piece by piece (remember no resume)

So whatever u need is there in the support now (old setup and small piece updates - just what u need)
