V3re key not working AFTER OPENLINE

Good morning to all, I have V3re here , after I openline by Smart Testpoint V 2.0 of motorola smartclip ALL Key is not responding. Anyone who experience this problems PLS. HELP ME :confused:. THANKS IN ADVANCE :)
