How to use reset code in Alcatel E257 with sim blocked

I try to unlock Alcatel E257 and show ok, but when put sim card show "Sim blocked contact operator".
I try to read codes and show
VLE5 model detected

Phone info:

But I cant see Alcatel E257 flash file in support site :(
