Greetings. I was given this Chinese cell phone for my birthday, but I haven't been able to enjoy it, because it doesn't connect to my local cellphone network.
After checking that my old phone is the dual-band type (850/1900) but only connects in the 1900 band, I suspect that the ZT321 can't connect because it only works in 900/1800.
Is there a way to make it work in the 1900 MHz band? Thanks in advance for your help!

Notes: I am from Mexico and I'm using a new Telcel SIM card. This SIM card works fine in my old cellphone. I'll gladly clarify any doubts.
