hi i have an 8310 i dont know what cosed contact service i also have griffin gold box i flashed MCU and ppm i still get contact service i dont know whats wrong with the phone can anyone help

maybe a hardware problem

they have these selftest,s implemented
maybe its hardware after all try to unlock it

Could be hardware problem and wouldn't be sorted just by unlocking.

Just click unlock by using Griffin 1.7....and if phone found dead after unlocking, just reflash it ... well sometimes CS is alot of job.

Even after SP-INITIA ..... and full flashing ...... what else can u do with "self-test"?? :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: By watching your phone to be send to Nokia Care for servicing? Or, are you going to tell them this? : "The UEM and Flash IC is faulty, please change a new one for me THANK YOU!":D :D :D

try to use phoenix or any SW can run self test , and report which part is fail , so mates can give you "correct help" !
ps, DO NOT CARE "white cat and black cat", any cat, can catch mouse is good cat !

Dear Willy,dear forum member,i need help for repair my s*h*i*t Griffin box!!
I have try to call Cristi(gsm-club)and after 1000 phone calls he has answered me:(yes i send you.......i send you....) but nothing....and this is normal for Cristian(i know him since 1998) when it is time to earn money....he is allways ready....but when it is time to give support....he disappears.....and everyone who know him......know that it is true!!!!Please note that....i bought 12...not one Griffin boxws from him....and they were well payd!!
I think that it is correct to give me a little support!!!
Now my problem is this: i have upgraded 3 of my boxes with the file that i have downloaded in a section of this forum(DCT4 FLASHER)

Now with my boxes i cannot flash anymore.....and would like to know if there is someone who can hepl me to solve my problem!!!
I would appreciate it very much.....and since i'm an Ericsson official dealer i can give some Ericsson information !!!

I will help you for it and don't worry I think I know what is wrong with it and your griffin box will be fine soon :) I think you had some how forgot to read my NOTICES for griffin updates. But it is ok, just e-mail me will do ;)
