hello brothers i have problem with my box, i cant open samsung 3g model or the server is down?

same problem can some one help me,my eubox cant open samsung 3g always ask for requires dongle version 01.00.00 or higher if i try to upgrade it say u have the latest dongle version and still i cant open samsung 3g online code reader.

may be the box you have bought is not activated contact your reseller coz if they donīt request for activations the boxes cannot be activated, just the resellers can request the activations of their stocks and end users MUST RECIEVE the boxes activated.
