I am a new user and I have a problem:confused:
Dongle S/N: 4xxxxxxx
Dongle version: 01.00.06/2007.09.17
Ready
For upgrading your dongle version press Update Dongle button
For downloading license file(s) for your dongle press Get License button
For entering support website press Enter Support WWW button
Connected to server

Unfortunatelly there are no licenses available for your dongle yet
Try it again later or contact your supplier for support
Disconnected from server

I can not open any programme:eek:

I have to download all the files from the site All OK
Email address used in the registration ASHRAFGSM@GMAIL.com All OK
But the problem in (license) Files
NEED activate EUBOX
Maybe Because the new BOX
Please help JAWAD
