Problem with U900

I build the RJ45+usb cable myself as given in the support but the RJ45 pinout is not working. when i connect the cable in box the left light blink and when i run the soft the right lighrt blink but everytime "can't connect to the phone'.
can i have the right pinout for rj45 of combo cable ?

tried as given but not work, i used also the combo cable of ust2 has the same pinout but not work.
