Entering TAT Mode, Operation Failed!

I've all stuf ready but when i connect the phon to NS-Pro and try to get info its giving me error after a while, the phone turns on but only logon screen apairs as it is the fault.

the error msg is "Entering TAT Mode, Operation Failed!"
what does its mean?

using wrong cable maybe.

the phone turns on, its mean am using correct one; but what is this TAT Mode. Am using E700 cable recommended by NS Pro itself.
