Motorola felt in the water(how to repair it?????)

HI I have a motorola MOTOROKR E6 but my bad luck is that it felt down in sea water:(..i took it out immediately but the display went off and its been lying dead ever since that incident i dont know wat 2 do coz my warranty has also expired so i can't replace it ..i went 2 service center and they said it will cost me around 100 dollars which i can't afford since i am a student so can anybody help me out so that i can fix it myself with instruction....... and what might b the probable damage it might have done to the fone when it felt in the water and what precaution should i take wen fone falls in the water???

sorry man, but the only thing you can do is take it to the phone center.
or you could buy the tools to fix it. but its cost more than taking it to the phone center.

any cell phone fall in down in water remove the battery immediately
then send to a service center.
