1 credit allow U to make 3 operations, so is like 3 credits:)

i did that and now phone says sim inactive when i put a sim card in the phone but all went well because thre ware no errors in the server and health status of the server was ok

I wrote U PM. UR code is resetted to 0000 not disabled:)
enter now code 0000 and go to menu and disabled it:)

This service will not sim unlock your phone.
It will just reset the phone lock code to 0000.
Inactive sim( sometimes can mean phone is blocked/reported stolen)

hello i bout the phone unlocked all 5 locks are open but somthing happend when i used kulankendi service and reset the user code after that my phone says sim inactive and i got no errors from the software

so is different thing, if U was able to go to phone menu and disable phone code then all looks correct. Your problem is that phone reject card from network connection. problem can be:

1. blocked simcard (disabled at operator) - result no network
2. hardware problem with radio section - result no network
3. phone IMEI on black list(stolen phone) - result no network
4. Go to menu and connectivity/mobile networks/gsm3g networks try to change from gsm to gsm/3g setting maybe will help

no i bout this one in store with papers and all and i have tryed 3-4 diffrenc simcard and they work in my other mobilephone how too chech if mobilephone is blocked by imie

if phone now accept any simcard but lose network then can be blacklisted. Simply call to police and give them imei number if U have papers from where U buy phone then U dont need to be affraid. If U dont have papers then better don't do it.

so if phone do not reach network with any simcard then is hardware broken. Sorry I can't help U more in hardware section because I'm programmer. Btw. do phone show network bar(even one) with simcard?
also try to call to 112 without simcard to see if can call.
Last thing: Why U not back phone where U buy as broken or to replace phone?

are U 1000% sure that U have active simcard? because message "sim inactive" mean clearly that simcard is not active. It not mean other things like "Battery empty" etc :)

As I read U have black listed phone, so better back UR phone where U buy it otherwise U will have problems with police
