hi,
i have a problem to unlock an alcatel c635x 2AVGGB1 with multi box lite
the phone is permantly block
help please!!!!!!!!!

GO to "IMEI/SIM LOCK" TAB
check "dont change while reconnect"
press "CONNECT"

press "FLEX PHONE" or "UPDATE FLASH" i don't remember
if not help try to full flash it and flex .
