Z240E SIM Lock

I have an Z240E with "SIM Lock". I unlocked it ok with EU. First with read codes and later re-unlocked with direct unlock but SIM Lock still active.

Already tried *2767*3855# but after reset no change. Also #*7337# and *2767*2878# but simply do nothing on Z240E.

Anyone knows another code that can reset user area or any other solution?
