Why you blocked my MC account with 15 credits not used yet!!

I never used my 15 MC credits yet and you have blocked my account with this message:

>> PayPal: Your account is blocked due to PayPal transaction verification.Please contact PayPal to make explanation,after success Your account will be unblocked.
Communication Closed.

I checked with paypal and it was error claims with this account, so please reactive my account so that I can use my credits

check UR paypal transfer again, all unathorized payments removed by paypal are BAN results in our server, we do not make investigation why somone used UR account or U inform paypal about it etc., it's paypal and police work, we just provide them all information(IP,time etc).So call to paypal to get explanation about UR transfer. True is that we don't have money from U and here is the reason:

blocking account is automatic operation executed by server to prevent cheating, so if U can't understand it then please ask paypal to money back because we do not have UR money. No money = no account.
If U are sure 1000% that U not get money back then ask paypal about it or do reclamation. We must protect agains paypal cheaters and please understand us.

The money in your paypal account, and I didnt see any refund ststament in my paypal account, and please note I am very old and expert with PayPal so I know what I am talking about and I am NOT new!

So if you will active my account - after you make sure that you have my money with no REFUND- thats will be great otherwise I will make a charge back and make CLAIM for this transaction in paypal so that I will refund my money - which is I DONT - want to do that coz I want to unlock my E220 and I need these creaits!!

So tell me your final answer if you will active my account or not so that I can procced to claim my money back through PayPal!

Look now.Did U block transfer before self because I don't undersand it. paypal canceled remove but we don't know if self or for UR request. I unblocking U account now, but if transfer will be again removed after then prepair for parcel by post office with login/pass :)
