Unlock Huawei E220

In your howto (or lets say the program) says that i need a newer FW to unlock the Huawei E220!
At the support page, there is a new firmware, but this fw here is newer?

and enables 7.2mbps for the e220!

So is the unlocking also working with this version or can i upgrade the modem after unlocking it?

And when or how do i send you the money, to receive this transactio ID?

When i understand this right, i have to send you 15€ via paypal (at which address?) and then i enter my paypal address + credits + transaction number to unlock the program? (I read the HOW_TO_GET_ACCOUNT, but there is no paypal address or what a modem costs to unlock?)
Or i am just blind :D

Some additional informations: my provider will be 3 Austria and the modem is locked for ONE/Orange Austria

there U buy credits, other payment ways is not supported and U will not get login/pass this way. Only payment done from defined buttons on our page are accepted.
First do not flash E220, just try to unlock if MC Client show that U need never firmware then flash with firmware from support (tested) or other what U found. 7.2mbps is newest firmware and is supported, but as I said try to unlock card first,upgrade after.After buy credits from our page U will get Transaction ID or Receipt ID on paypal site, use this number + mail + amount(15euro, write in client only 15 value) and login/password will be send to UR paypal email. So check antispam filter or add kulankendi@data.pl mail to white list so U will be sure that nothing will block mail from server.
