why i cant update my dongle

i dowloaded veraion 2.60 of chinese miracle installed it but when i open it says oblsolete version...i try to update but always fail...even support mirror 1 has zero files...i like to know if theres something wrong with support right now???

looks like internet connection problem on your side.
please double check if firewall or antivirus is disabled.
they should not prevent Dongle Manager access to internet
